The Records Commission oversees the rules for retention and disposal of records of the Village of Boston Heights and reviews the applications for disposal of obsolete records and schedules of records retention and disposition submitted by the offices of the Village of Boston Heights. The Commission may dispose records pursuant to the procedures outlined in Ohio R. C. 149.39. The Commission shall meet at least once every 6 months.
