The Records Commission oversees the rules for retention and disposal of records of the Village of Boston Heights and reviews the applications for disposal of obsolete records and schedules of records retention and disposition submitted by the offices of the Village of Boston Heights.  The Commission may dispose records pursuant to the procedures outlined in Ohio R. C. 149.39.  The Commission shall meet at least once every 6 months.

PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY

The Village of Boston Heights is committed to ensuring your rights to promptly inspect and/or receive copies of your public records request in a reasonable amount of time.  It is the policy of the Village of Boston Heights to strictly adhere to the State’s Public Records Act.  Please direct your public records request to the Fiscal Officer, 330-655-4111 X 3.
